The terminal was the site of the first Devotion dance party in December 1991. Like Hero in Auckland, Devotion became a festival with parties, a parade and other activities celebrating rainbow diversity. The terminal has now been converted to apartments. From the Overseas Passenger Terminal follow Herd Street away from the harbour. This will take you alongside Waitangi Park and onto Oriental Parade.
