Location: First floor, 57a Victoria Street, Wellington View on Map
The Balcony was operated by Carmen Rupe. It was located on the first floor of the Stellin Building located on the corner of Victoria and Harris Street (now a corner of Wellington City Public Library). It ran from 1969-1977. The venue use to be home to the famous Roseland Cabaret - with its large ballroom floor. On the ground floor, there used to be the Mexicali and Powder Puff.
