Stall-holders sought for Wellington fair

Thu 27 Jan 2011 In: New Zealand Daily News View at Wayback

Wellington's annual gay and lesbian fair, Out in the Square, is now seeking applications from possible stall-holders. The fair has been running for more than 25 years, and offers a unique opportunity for the GLBT community to show off their products and services. Out in the Square takes place on Saturday 12 March, and coincides with the opening of the AsiaPacific Outgames. “Hundreds of Outgames participants will be in Wellington from all around the world,” Out Wellington's Andy Boreham says. “So if you've ever thought about hosting a stall at Out in the Square then this year is the year to do it.” Last year around 10,000 people attended throughout the day, making it one of New Zealand's most popular GLBT events. Interested applicants can find out more about the fair, and fill in the quick and easy online application form, at the official fair website: http://www.outinthesquare.co.nz/.
