Grace Jones to perform in Auckland

Grace Jones Gay icon Grace Jones has been landed as a headliner by the organisers of the new GrassRoots Festival, which will close out the festival season at Auckland's Puhinui Reserve on April 23-24. The two-day festival will be multi-genre, but promoters Chugg Entertainment say its core will be blues and roots. Joining Jones in the line-up are Tony Joe White, Imogen Heap, Lulo Reinhardt Felice Brothers and Eugene Hideaway Bridges. Already announced for the festival are BB King, Elvis Costello
