Four candidates running for two board spots

(L-R) Alastair Cameron, Vaughan Meneses, Kaine Thompson and Andrew Riley There will be at least one new member of the New Zealand AIDS' Foundation Trust Board announced at its AGM in Auckland this weekend. Four candidates are standing for two available places on the board. They include current chair Alastair Cameron, who is re-standing for another two year term. The seat of former member Mike Roguski is vacant and will be filled. Along with Cameron, three others are standing for the two seats. They are OUTLine General Manager Vaughan Meneses, Wellington policy analyst Kaine Thompson and Auckland account manager/NZAF volunteer Andrew Riley. Online voting closes at 5pm today, with the two successful candidates announced at the NZAF AGM at Government House in Auckland on Saturday afternoon. The meeting will coincide with the Life Membership Awards ceremony. Voting remains open to NZAF members until 5pm today. The FPP system is being used, so the two candidates with the highest number of votes will be elected.
