"Combined with the money we raised during Mr URGE Leather last month, we have raised over $1,500 for the Foundation. It was great to see so many people out on a particularly crappy night like last Saturday. "Thanks to all the people who contributed but a special shout out must go to John at DJ Station who donated some leather shorts for us to auction off." The bar still has collection buckets and wristbands to sell during the remainder of September. Over 600 men die every year from prostate cancer in New Zealand alone and in many cases it can be treatable. Next month Urge will be holding a special Slave Auction fundraiser for local gay charities, with more details to be released soon.
