Chris Carter Chris Carter is reported to be considering resigning from Parliament. The gay MP remains on sick leave after being thrown out of the Labour caucus, after he tried to undermine Phil Goff's leadership. Radio New Zealand News quotes Labour Party sources as saying a representative of Mr Carter has indicated he is reluctant to return to Parliament.
