It follows the intervention of Associate Immigration Minister Kate Wilkinson, who can step in when it comes to cases with special circumstances. The 68-year-old was born in England but spent much of his youth in New Zealand and he wants to settle down in the Bay of Plenty town of Katikati, where he owns property. He will take to the stage in Auckland on from November 9, playing the narrator in the show he created.
