Lindsay Lohan Lindsay Lohan has been jailed for 90 days for violating her probation. She has missed a number of alcohol education classes imposed for a 2007 drunk driving arrest. A Beverly Hills Superior Court Judge has ordered the actress to report for jail on July 20. Lohan has also been ordered to attend a 90-day residential substance abuse program once she has completed her sentence. The 24-year-old sobbed on hearing the sentence. Reuters reports she had earlier begged the judge for forgiveness, saying she was taking her alcohol education classes seriously. "I am not taking this as a joke. This is my life. It is my career. It is something I have worked for all my life," Lohan said. Lohan missed seven alcohol education classes over a period of 27 weeks and had not attended once a week as instructed by the judge. Her career has plummeted since its height during 2003 and 2004, when she starred in Freaky Friday and Mean Girls. In recent years, her hard-partying ways have proved steady fodder for celebrity gossip sites. Lohan was in a relationship with DJ Samantha Ronson in 2008 and 2009, but refuses to define her sexuality. She says she is not a lesbian and may be bisexual, but does not want to 'classify herself'.
