An American Christian right leader has been snapped returning from holiday with a male prostitute, who he claims he hired to carry his luggage. Rekers attends to the luggage while 'Lucien' stands by at Miami Airport Baptist minister George Alan Rekers has testified against gay adoptions and is on the board of National Association for Research has published pictures of Rekers with 20-year-old male escort "Lucien" at Miami Airport. He allegedly met him on a gay website called Rentboy.com. Lucien's profile says he enjoys: "vanilla, leather, shaving, spanking, role-play and go-go dancing". The story says Rekers himself did not deny that he met Lucien on the site, though he said he did not know he was a prostitute until midway through the vacation. Rekers insisted he hired Lucien because he "can't lift luggage" and needed a companion. Both Rekers and Lucien deny they had a sexual relationship during their 10-day journey to Spain and England. In 2008, Rekers served as a paid expert witness in a lawsuit in which he defended Florida’s ban on adoption by gay people.
