Just something I threw on: Liberace in the 1980s Hollywood actors Michael Douglas and Matt Damon are set to hook up for a new film about the life of flamboyant pianist Liberace. "Matt Damon's going to be my young lover," revealed Douglas, who'll play Liberace. "God bless Matt. He's right to take chances. It's smart to mix it up a bit and maintain the [Bourne trilogy] franchise and still get to do a picture that turns you on." Liberace is scheduled for release in 2012. Fond of showy, glittering outfits and flamboyant staging, the world-famous piano man always strongly denied he was gay. He died in 1987.
