America's Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation group has nominated the film story of Kiwi lesbian entertainers the Topp Twins in its documentary category for this year's media awards. Nominated: The Topp Twins Each year, the GLAAD Media Awards honour fair, accurate and inclusive representations of LGBT people and the issues that affect our lives in the media. With 152 nominees in 32 categories, this year's awards will be split into three ceremonies, held in Los Angeles, New York and San Francisco in March, April and June. The Topp Twins - Untouchable Girls has become the highest-grossing movie documentary in New Zealand's film history, and won a top award at last year's Qantas Film and Television Awards. GLAAD's other nominees in various categories include TV dramas Skins, Brothers
