A gay male couple in Queensland has gone to the Family Court to fight for access to a three-year-old girl who isn't biologically related to either of them. The couple say they have been an important part of the child's life. Her mother was, until last year, in a relationship with a woman who'd had a child with one of the men's sperm, reports The Australian. The complex case has come about because the girl's mother plans to relocate to New South Wales, leaving the male couple behind.
