Gay 'Survivor' winner back in jail

The winner of the first 'Survivor' TV adventure game show has again been sent to prison, just three months after he served a three-and-a-half-month sentence for tax evasion. Survivor in the slammer: Richard Hatch Richard Hatch, who is openly gay, claimed homophobia was the reason for his strife with the law - but he did not pay taxes on his US$1 million prize money from the show, and was sentenced to extra prison time for lying in court. "I know without question that there are personal issues involved for the prosecutor. I don't know why. The prosecutorial misconduct has been egregious," he told the NBC just hours before he was arrested again. A video report on this story is shown below.
