Auckland's second annual Westie lesbian day of entertainers and musicians is now lined up for this Sunday afternoon. Heroes out West was postponed last weekend because of heavy rain and high winds. Comedienne MC Anne Speir will introduce The Muse, Edwina and Marilyn, Paua Fritters, Razor and a special tribute to late lesbian Westie musician Mahinarangi Tocker, at Henderson's Falls Park, now on from 2-10pm on Sunday 8 March. Attendees are invited to come prepared with picnic food and drinks. Tickets are on sale for $15 waged, $10 unwaged. Heroes out West booking details are on the link below.
