The British Army has begun looking into homophobic and racist remarks made by Prince Harry about members of his platoon, captured on film in 2006. Video nasty: Prince Harry On the video, the prince teases a member of his squad about an exercise they'd just had. He asks: "How do you feel? Gay? Queer on the side?" He also refers to another cadet as "our little Paki friend," on offensive term for a Pakistani. The video became public when the News of the World paper put it on its website. The Equality and Human Rights Commission demanded a formal inquiry, and UK gay equality organisation Stonewall says the prince must apologise for the "insult to lesbians and gay men serving in Afghanistan and Iraq." Prince Harry had previously apologized for his racial remark, but not the gay comment. A video showing Prince Harry's racists slurs is shown below - but his gay comment does not appear in this clip.
