Google's new Street View guide to NZ was launched today. We wondered how their photographers made our favourite gay community drinking hotspots look… This shot of the corner of Auckland K' Road and Pitt Street must have been taken on a cloudy and windy day sometime in the last few months – the Naval and Family's rainbow flag stands proudly erect: Sadly, we can't see Family nightclub, the entrance to NV, Rainbow Youth or even Urge bar, as those sections of K' Road aren't photographed by Google yet.
