Aussie cricket fans have been yelling homophobic abuse at New Zealand's Black Caps team during test matches, and now the companies running the cricket grounds have been warned the behaviour is unacceptable. Abuse is just not cricket: The Black Caps' Iain O'Brian The NZPA reports today that New Zealand cricketer Iain O'Brian used his personal blog to complain about ongoing abuse from spectators at Queensland's Gabba stadium. "I don't know how many times I was called a faggot," he typed, labeling the behaviour "embarrassing" to them. The International Cricket Council has passed stringent laws around troublesome fan behaviour at games, saying venues can be stripped of their international sporting status if the outbursts continue.
