3 Featherston men now on murder charges

Murder charges have now been laid against three young men after 36-year-old Paul Irons was attacked and left in Featherston Park last month. Attacked: Paul Irons Irons was found partially undressed and scratches on his body and serious head injuries. Three men aged 15, 17 and 25 – who have been granted name suppression – appeared in Masterton District Court last week, reports the Wairarapa Time-Age. The 25-year-old was remanded in custody, and the other two are out on bail until 13 November, when all three will reappear in court.
