Up-late Aussie TV viewers get Kiwifruit

Australian viewers can currently sample a gay Kiwi export – but only if they're up after midnight. On screen in Oz: Kiwifruit's Ginny and Barb The Seven network – who bring us Home "shallow" segments were widely criticized in the show's second year, and after NZ On Air research indicated that 70% of gay and lesbian audiences did not like it, the funding agency decided not to continue funding more episodes.
