Despite many of the hundreds of Gay Ski Weekers feeling a little worn out by two days' skiing Queenstown's slopes, this morning's bright sunny weather saw several dozen head off early for 'Adventure Day' activities. Bowling: Last night's ten-pin proved popular at Ski Week Many will experience the rapid Shotover River Canyon Jet boat ride – featuring full 360-degree spins – while others are planning to Bungy jump. Several more are heading to the slopes again to ski or snowboard. Later, the week's second-biggest party – SkiBum at the Yacht Club – begins at 8:30pm. Last night's regular drinks and catch-up at the Crowne Plaza Hotel's threesixty bar was followed by pizza and bowling at Strike Bowl, which attracted over 60 people – two busloads. The Metservice predicted occasional showers today and tomorrow, but the skies have been clear through this morning.
