Labour's Maori lesbian MP is scheduled to speak about experiences in Parliament at the next meeting of the Auckland Lesbian Business Association. Labour MP Louisa Wall "We are really pleased to host a special night with Louisa Wall," say the ALBA team. "Louisa has been in parliament for a relatively short time and is conscious of the election ahead. She is going to speak about her time in Parliament and will give us an insight into that fascinating world of politics." The event with Louisa Wall will be at 6pm, Wednesday 13 August, upstairs at the Purple bar on the corner of K' Road and Pitt Streets. ALBA's following meeting in September will be the association's Annual General Meeting, followed by a presentation from Cynthia Bourne of the Auckland Gay Swim Team.
