A 49-year-old Melbourne man has been convicted of knowingly spreading HIV to other men at orgies he called 'conversion' parties. The court heard Neal was diagnosed as HIV positive in June 2000, then organised "conversion" sex parties and wore a genital piercing to make it easier to transmit the disease, reports the Herald Sun.
