Tomorrow sees the start of the depositions hearing in the Ronald Brown murder case, with a large amount of evidence expected to be presented to the Auckland court. Hungarian tourist Ferdinand Ambach is charged with murdering Brown in his Onehunga home in the early hours of December 6th last year. Ambach was found in the elderly gay man's blood-spattered house and has remained in custody since that time. Two weeks have been set aside for the depositions due to an apparently large amount of evidence to be presented. At the end of the hearing the court will decide if sufficient evidence exists to formally commit Ambach for trial. GayNZ.com will report daily from the court, with regular news updates posted in our Daily News.
