The 20th anniversary party for Wellington's Bisexual Women's Group will be a trip down memory lane with past and present members, and is also an opportunity for new women to get involved. A few bi-friendly people are coming along to the gathering as well as bisexual women, partners, and a few bisexual men, say the organisers. Those who attended the three New Zealand Bisexual Conferences in the 1990s are also very welcome. Secret Love - a short film which opened last year's Outtakes Festival about out bisexual singer-songwriter and poet Hinemoana Baker will be screened at the event, which will also feature a photo montage of two decades of gatherings. The group recently filmed an interview with Maori Television's LGBT programme Takataapui, which is scheduled to be broadcast in August. The reunion will be held from 5pm on Saturday 12 July, at Southern Cross, Abel Smith Street, Wellington.
