A Melbourne man organised orgies he called "conversion" parties to infect other people with the HIV virus, the Victorian County Court was told yesterday. Prosecutor Mark Rochford told the court that Michael Neal bragged about infecting 75 people and told one of his partners he "gets off" on infecting people, reports News.com.au. Neal, 49, has pleaded not guilty to multiple charges includingtwo of causing another person to be infected with HIV, 14 of attempting to cause another person to be infected with HIV, and two of rape.
