TV's Dancing with the Stars judge Craig Revel Horwood has revealed his drag queen and rent boy past to a UK tabloid paper. Revealing all: Craig Revel Horwood The openly-gay entertainer launched his showbiz career by becoming a £100-an-hour sex worker when he was just 17, and also worked as a drag queen to fund his way through dancing school, he told the News of the World. "I feel it's a part of my life that is very important I'm honest about," the 42-year-old added. As a sex worker, Horwood bedded a famous Australian TV star who was in his 40's at the time, and who gave him thousands of pounds during their year-long association. As a drag queen, his name was Lavish, and he donned a blonde wig, fishnet stockings and elbow-length gloves when performing at gay clubs across the UK. The teasing interview helps promote his tell-all autobiography - All Balls and Glitter: My Life, which will be released soon. Horwood stayed in New Zealand with his boyfriend Grant earlier this year while appearing on the judging panel of Dancing with the Stars. Back in the UK, he judges on a similar show called Strictly Come Dancing.
