A gay security guard claims a woman wobbled her breasts at him and has accused her of sexual harassment. Allwyn Rondeau, a guard for G4S Security Services at Heathrow airport, repeatedly told 42-year-old Lucy Chilton he was gay but she persisted in harassing him, a tribunal panel was told. The 46-year-old guard, who lives in Feltham with his partner of 15 years, only reported the sexual advances to bosses after she made a complaint about him. Ms Chilton reported him for inappropriate sexual behaviour, claiming he allegedly exposed his private parts through his underpants to her. She also accused him of grabbing her from behind and simulating sex on her. This was later rejected following an investigation, however the panel heard that Mr Rondeau had not returned for work since and suffered from anxiety and depression. Mr Rondeau first met Ms Chilton at their Christmas party in December 2005 and said: "My supervisor told me that she said she fancied me. Although I had told her I was gay, soon after her behaviour towards me changed." Describing one incident in a corridor, Mr Rondeau said: "She walked towards me and stopped and faced me while pressing her body against mine. "She wobbled her breasts against me while physically touching me and said you wouldn't know what to do with a woman'. "It shocked and appalled me, I do not expect to be mocked for it (being gay)." On another occasion he said Ms Chilton and him were on duty together searching a jet when she "stuck her bum in the air saying come on give it to me'." Mr Rondeau is suing his employers and four co-employees for discrimination on the grounds of sexual orientation. The case continues.
