3.00PM: Tributes are being paid as word spreads of the death of Auckland glbt community personality and benefactor Fraser Moreton. Glen Wilkin-Holland "He will be sadly missed," says NZAF Executive Director Rachael Le Mesurier, "and we extend our deepest sympathy to both Glen and Fraser’s family during this difficult time." Event organiser and performer Jonathan Smith says he is mourning the loss of a very good friend. "Fraser and I had many chats about living with HIV, especially our issues of accessing medications which he was having to get from the USA at one stage. I'm going to miss him and the mentoring he provided to another HIV positive person," says Smith. Smith says he and his partner Kevin Baker feel for the loss Wilkin-Holland is suffering, and are grateful for the support the pair have consistently shown to projects Smith and Baker have been involved in, including as their drag alter-egos Buffy and Bimbo. "They have always been there to support us," says Smith.
