Wellington Police have today confirmed they have found a body of a man missing since Tuesday - and although they will not reveal the man's identity, initial news reports conclude the discovered body is gay Wellington man Brent Colin Young. Brent Colin Young The body was found earlier today in the town belt area above suburban Hataitai. Police say they are currently investigating the death on behalf of the coroner. Further details were unavailable and the man's identity was not disclosed. However, police said last week they were worried about the safety of Young, 35, last seen on Tuesday in Newtown, which is not far from the town belt. Police said his family and friends were concerned for his well-being as he had been upset and had current health issues.
