LGBT lunchtime speakers invited to AUT

Auckland University of Technology's LGBT Student Support Service is now holding lunchtime speaker sessions for staff and students interested in "queerying life over lunch." Michael Richardson of AUT Student Support says inspirational New Zealand Leaders from the LGBT community have been invited to discuss their lives, influences and careers. "Learn what has enabled these people to make a significant difference to the face of Aotearoa in 2007." Jan Eggleton, training consultant specialising in discrimination and harassment prevention - with particular interest in sexual orientation discrimination - was the first lunchtime speaker on April 27.
