Additional cast members are required for this year's ‘Queen of the Whole Universe' fundraising pageant, says creator/director Jonathan Smith. Now in its forth year, ‘Queen of the Whole Universe' is a major fundraiser for the New Zealand AIDS Foundation. The event is set to explode with its renowned colour, humour and camp style on the ASB Stage, Aotea Centre, Auckland on Friday 30th November 2007 – the eve of World AIDS Day. ‘No experience is required, just the right attitude' says Smith. ‘To date the show has raised well over $62,000 for the New Zealand AIDS Foundation whilst entertaining the audiences in what has become a must see event on the Auckland event calendar'. It is expected that the show will raise even more funds this year through the continuing professional project management, tight budget controls and, support from dedicated volunteers and sponsors. If you would like to be involved in this stunning theatrical show, want to have some fun working with a group of dedicated men and women, can commit to a strict rehearsal schedule including two nights a week during October and November and help raise funds for the New Zealand AIDS Foundation then contact Smith on the details below.
