George FM's quest to find the 42 gayest songs has found the Aretha Franklin disco hit ‘A Deeper Love' takes the top spot. As part of Auckland's HERO Festival, George FM invited listeners to text in their votes for the ‘gayest songs' and invited winning voters to join them at their ‘gay garden party' in their Ponsonby backyard yesterday afternoon. The HERO Festival concludes tonight with the 42BELOW HERO party at the St. James Theatre, featuring DJ's Scott Anderson, Paul Heron, Miss Eleni, and many more guests, elaborate shows by Mika and Tane Mete, a woman's ‘Flirt' zone, and a ‘Transpace' features live music from Ramon, Lindah and Cindy from Samoa.
