The stars from the hit TV comedy Little Britain have helped kick off Sydney's Mardi Gras festival. Matt Lucas and David Walliams alter-egos Daffyd Thomas and Emily Howard cut the ribbon, launching the month-long event. The launch was a bit tough on Daffyd, who declared 'Hang on a minute, you mean you're all gay? No, no I don't believe you. You're not gay, I'm the gay - you're probably just a little bit poofy.'
