Triangle TV wants your GLBT 'Sproquets'

Fri 2 Feb 2007 In: New Zealand Daily News

Triangle Television is again organizing its non-competitive television Festival for GLBT film, shortfilm and documentary makers, called "Sproquets". The UHF television channel's Director of Programming Hans Versluys says they need filmmakers to contribute their work for a free broadcast on our free-to-air non-commercial network in Auckland and Wellington, in June and July 2007. “The festival is non-competitive, only a showcase for new talent. We have run four editions before over the years.” All genres are acceptable, says Versluys, “but please avoid R18 or X material. “We prefer formats on DVD (PAL and NTSC) but if you only have tape, DV or DVCam in PAL is preferred. All material is returned after screening.” Electronic press materials are also appreciated for festival, press and web promotions. Please send your ‘Sproquets' entries to PO Box 78-034, Grey Lynn, Auckland, by 15 April 2007.     Ref: GayNZ.com (m)
