After Jim Anderton and Peter Dunne's win in the High Court over TV3 which forced the station to include them in their leader's debate; Destiny New Zealand says they may follow suit and challenge TVNZ. Destiny New Zealand Leader Richard Lewis says he may take court action against TVNZ after being left out of their Marae election debates. TVNZ says they are only including the two highest polling parties in their Marae debates. Lewis claims Destiny should be included as well, because the party is one of only three standing candidates in all seven Maori seats.
