Photos of the next first lady of the USA have emerged showing her in woman-on-woman poses, part of a photo shoot she did in 1996. Melania Trump, who was a model before she married US president-elect Donald Trump, is seen in some of the photos naked and straddled by a Scandinavian model and in others she is being whipped by the same woman. During the election campaign her husband made it clear he opposes anti-discrimination legislation protecting real lesbians and might even seek to roll back same-sex couples rights to marry - possibly as part of a deal tlo gain the support of evangelical Christian groups during the primaries. In response to the publication of the photos by the New York Post, done for a French magazine, Trump says his wife did "many photo shoots" before the pair married and "pictures like this are very fashionable and common" in Europe.
