Radio bosses ban 'Hunt for Hosking' promo

Sun 1 Jun 2003 In: New Zealand Daily News

A radio station competition planned to encourage members of the public to stalk TV celeb Mike Hosking for paparazzi photos in order to win prizes has been canned. The "Hunt for Hosking" competition was the brainchild of ZMFM shock jock, Iain Stables, who had enlisted the help of dumped Queer Nation presenter Jonathan Marshall as a judge of the best photos. ZM's parent company is The Radio Network, which also owns Newstalk ZB... which employs Hosking.
