A gay British diver has won a bronze medal at the Rio Olympics, competing in the men’s synchronised 10m platform dives. Diving partners Tom Daley and Dan Goodfellow Tom Daley, who won a bronze in the platform at the London Olympics, announced his engagement last year to his screenwriter partner, Lance Black, who was behind the Oscar-winning gay rights biopic Milk.
