Canadian trans cartoonist, activist and author Sophie Labelle is in New Zealand and giving a free comic workshop in Auckland tomorrow.   Presented by LGBTI creative arts charity, Breaking Boundaries, the workshop is open to all ages and all skill levels. Labelle is the creator of the hugely popular Assigned Male Comics; a webcomic telling the stories of a trans girl. Food and drink will be provided and some basic art supplies will be on hand for those who do not have access to any. When: Saturday, July 23; 6:00 to 7:30pm. Where: The workshop is being held at iSpace, Level 4 Kate Edgar Student Commons, The University of Auckland - access via Symonds Street or Princes Street, Auckland CBD. RSVP: via Facebook
