RainbowYOUTH held an "emotional" official centre opening ceremony and AGM yesterday at their new premises. RainbowYOUTH's new board The opening ceremony, lead by Matua Pierre, acknowledged the journey that has lead RainbowYOUTH to their new centre, located on 11 Edinburgh Street in Auckland. During the AGM portion of the day, RainbowYOUTH members passed several constitutional changes including changing the official language the organisation uses from “queer and trans*” to “queer and gender diverse”.
