Massive gay choir to perform in Auckland

The largest gay choir in the world performs at the Auckland Town Hall this Friday night. With 240 active singers the Seattle Men's Chorus has released twelve CDs since 1991, been seen live by an estimated 2.5 million people and operates on an annual budget of over $NZ6 million dollars. The choir will perform in association with Auckland's Gay And Lesbian Singers and is promising “a fun-filled evening with a great repertoire from Seattle and some fun pieces. GALS will do their own set of pieces and join with the SMC for some numbers. Tickets are on sale now from Ticketek with the show starting at 8pm.
