Ellen Page reveals new LGBTI doco series

Ellen Page has traveled the world with her best friend to document the lives and struggles of LGBTI people globally in a new documentary series for Vice. The Oscar nominated Juno actress is joined by her best friend, who is also gay, Ian Daniel for the new series Gaycation. During her travels Page attended the first ever Pride event in Jamaica, cornered US Presidential hopeful Ted Cruz and faced an extremely homophobic policeman n Brazil. The X Men actress came out at a conference to promote the welfare of lgbti youth in Las Vegas in 2014. "I'm here today because I am gay," the 26-year-old Canadian told the audience. "And because maybe I can make a difference. To help others have an easier and more hopeful time. Regardless, for me, I feel a personal obligation and a social responsibility." Page said she's felt inner turmoil since being thrust into the Hollywood limelight following the success of 2007's Juno. Watch the trailer below.
