Orphans Christmas planned for Auckland

Wed 23 Dec 2015 In: New Zealand Daily News

An Orphans Christmas has been organised for any LGBTI people based in Auckland who can't spend Christmas with family this year.   Organisers say it’s an event for anyone who may be unable to attend family Christmas because family may not have yet accepted your gender or sexual identity. The “positive and chilled” Orphans Christmas will be held from 10.30am to 3.30pm at Pt Chevalier Beach. Look out for the Rainbow Flag approximately half way down the beach near the changing shed. Check out the Facebook event for more details.
