Wellington Rape Crisis are wanting to make their service more accessible to people from gender diverse communities and are seeking feedback on their Gender Diversity Policy. The purpose of the Gender Diversity Policy is to provide clarity on the client groups Wellington Rape Crisis work with and procedures for ensuring they offer a safe service to member of gender diverse communities They say: “A policy is of course only a starting place, so if you or groups you are involved with would like to hear more about what we do and share any thoughts or suggestions about how a service such as ours can be more accessible for rainbow communities we would love to come and meet with you and talk about this some more.” The Gender Diversity Policy can be viewed here.
