Three people have been killed at a LGBTI festival in Mexico, after a man opened fire into the crowd. The man opened fire into a crowd gathered at the Reina Gay Festival in Acapulco, Mexico, killing three people between the ages of 23 and 33. Local media have reported that it is possible the gunman’s motives were drug related, the southern city has the highest drug-related crime rate of any city in Mexico. Five people were also injured during the shooting and were taken to local hospitals.
