HIV medications can greatly reduce the likelihood of passing on HIV As rumours fly around the world about the identity of a major Hollywood star who is said to be HIV-positive and to have had unsafe sex with many female partners he is now being fingered as bisexual. The actor, already under intense pressure when he was all but identified after he hit the headlines, un-named, as having HIV, is bisexual according to an un-named porn actress who has had sex with him and now has done a tell-all interview on the matter. The woman says she fears that there could be a large number of HIV infections resulting from his un-condomed sexual conquests in recent years and this has been the subject of a plethora of speculative media coverage and lurid headlines in the last few days. The star's HIV status became public when a woman he was with discovered HIV medications in his home. However, when prescribed correctly and taken diligently anti-retroviral medications mean people with HIV are able to maintain an undetectable viral load which renders them extremely unlikely to pass on their infection.
