A university researcher is seeking people who have recently been involved in tertiary education and self-identify within the gender diverse community for a new study. Entitled ‘Gender Diverse Tertiary Students in New Zealand: How to Create Inclusive Environments’, the study aims to create strategies for tertiary providers wishing to create inclusive environments. Masters student, Cathie Powell, is completing her Master of Education at Auckland’s Unitec and is untaking this research with the support of a consultation group made up of people from a range of gender identities and cultures. For more information and to confidentially indicate interest in being interviewed please Cathie Powell at catherinepowell2014@gmail.com or fill out your details here.
