The post which angered a homophobic client A Florida photographer has given the non-refundable deposit of a couple who cancelled his services due to his support for marriage equality to an lgbti advocacy group. When Clinton Brentwood Lee changed the image for his company to one making it clear he was keen to take photos for all couples, gay and straight, a client said they would no longer use his services. “My fiancé and I support a traditional marriage between a man and a woman and don’t want our money going to places that supports otherwise.” They then asked for their retainer back. Lee decided to donate that non-refundable retainer to GLAAD. He responded by pointing out saying since you don't like and support same-sex marriage, no one else should be able to have it, is like him not liking broccoli, and demanding that everyone else in the world should not have broccoli either. “If you're not in favour of gay marriage that's fine, don't marry a woman.” The full exchange:
