The Conservative Party has imploded, with the Chair Brian Dobbs the eighth board member to resign this week. Following Colin Craig's resignation, eight board members have also resigned. "Due to some recent revelations and the events of the last week it has become untenable for me to remain a member and the Chairman of the Conservative Party," Dobbs says in a statement. There are now only two members left on the Conservative Party board, following its anti-gay former leader Colin Craig admitting inappropriate behaviour in regards to his former press secretary. Christine Rankin resigned as Chief Executive earlier this week.
